2018 - 19: FIRST Tech Challenge Rover Ruckus - 3507 Robotheosis
Our robot went through two iterations this year. The first was comprised of two separate mechanisms for collecting/scoring and the second had one arm that would collect and score. The robot was made out of one giant piece of aluminum, and using a massive CNC mill and press brake, we were able to pend the body to the shape we needed.
This was 3507's most successful season yet with us attending the Detroit World Championship after winning the Illinois State Championship. |
